摘要 基于高氯酸盐污染问题,阐述了高氯酸盐的生物降解机理,分析了影响高氯酸盐降解的因素,如氧、pH值、温度、电子供体和硝酸盐等,介绍了目前高氯酸盐微生物法降解技术的应用案例,并展望了高氯酸盐生物降解技术的未来方向。 With regard to the perchlorate pollution problem,this paper reviews the biodegradation mechanism of perchlorate and the affecting factors including O2,pH,temperature,electron donor and nitrate.The biodegradation technology application cases are introduced,and the future development direction of biodegradation technology is also explored.
