Axl在白血病中的表达、信号传导及治疗研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 据美国相关研究调查,肿瘤为15岁以下儿童疾病相关的首要死因,白血病是最常见的儿科恶性肿瘤[1]。近年来,对于白血病的治疗已有很大进步,但仍存在治疗相关的严重健康问题（如脏器损害、二次肿瘤等）,且针对白血病复发的治疗仍缺少有效方案,因此迫切需要新的有效抗白血病药物。
