摘要
文章从当下集合住宅重符号、重形式的创作现象出发,通过总结住区规划理论的演进,指出当代集合住宅创作从抽象的场地规划到具体的空间经营的策略转向,继而从集合住宅人群对象的集体无意识角度切入,提出建筑类型学是一种有效的认知与策略方法,然后从集合住宅与社会、场地关系的角度提出其在建造方式上的两种本土化姿态,最后结合当下国内集合住宅创作实例进行分析并提出相关思考,最终旨在实现调动居者全身心知觉体验、情感参与并忠实于生活本身的当代集合住宅"高雅本土化"。
Considering the phenomenon of symbolization and formalization in the design of Collective Housing, by summarizing the neighbourhood planning theoretical evolution, this article come up with the strategy from the site planning to interspace working, then starts with unconsciousness amalgamated dwelling object, points out one way of perceive and strategy, two kinds of localization posture in the view of the relations between collective housing, society and site. Finally it combines the analysis of some cases related, tries to explore the elegant localized strategies for Collective Housing designing while getting rid of symbols and transferring consciousness and emotion participation.
