高校创业社团管理机制创新研究

Research on Innovation of Management Mechanism of University Entrepreneurship Community

创业社团是高校一种新型的学生社团,它在促进大学生创业、培养大学生开拓意识和创新能力方面发挥着重要的作用。但是作为新兴事物,创业社团在发展中存在许多问题,制约了高校创业活动进一步开展。为此,本文从创业社团的含义及功能入手,系统剖析高校创业社团的运作模式,揭示其运行过程中存在的主要问题及产生原因,在此基础上从体制创新、保证机制、协调机制和激励机制四个维度探讨高校创业社团管理机制创新的途径,以期为高校创业社团活动的有效开展提供参考和借鉴。

The entrepreneurial community is a new type of student communities in universities. It plays an important role in the promotion of college students＂ entrepreneurship, the euhivation of college students＇innovative consciousness and innovation ability. But as newly sprouted things, there are many problems in the development of business associations. This restricts the further development of university entrepreneurship activities. Therefore, this paper starts from the meaning and function of entrepreneurial community, goes on by systematic analysis of operation mode of entre- preneurial community college, reveals the eause of their main problem during operation, finally on this basis to explore the way of innovation of uni- versity entrepreneurship community management mechanism from system, guarantee mechanism, coordination mechanism and incentive mechanism, to provide a reference for the effective implementation of university entrepreneurship association activities.
