摘要
本文采用叙事研究方法从个人实践知识视角探讨了三位优秀高校英语教师的专业成长。研究集中在两个方面,即个人实践知识的构建特点及个人实践知识的构建受到哪些因素的影响。通过采用跨案例分析方法,研究得出以下结论:(1)三位教师个人实践知识的构建都呈现出实践性、反思性、互动性和自主性特征;(2)优秀教师个人实践知识的构建受到教师自身的性格特征、学生时代的学习经历等个人因素影响,同时也受到教师的家庭、他人的榜样等社会语境因素的影响。
With the method of narrative inquiry, this article investigated three excellent college English teachers' pro- fessional development from the perspective of their per- sonal practical knowledge. It focused on two aspects:the characteristics in three teachers' constructing their person- al practical knowledge and the factors contributing to the construction of their personal practical knowledge. Through cross-case analysis, it was found that: 1 ) The construction of the three excellent college English teachers' personal practical knowledge has the characteris- tics of being practical, reflective, interactive and autono- mous ;2) Excellent college English teachers' construction of personal practical knowledge was influenced by indi- vidual factors such as teachers' personalities and their ed- ucational background and external factors, like family en- vironment and other people's role model.
