摘要2014年3月3日，美国心脏协会（American Heart Association，AHA）和美国心脏病学院（American College of Cardiology，ACC）发布了《2014心脏瓣膜病患者管理指南》（以下简称“指南”）[1]。这是该指南2008年版的更新，有以下几个方面值得我国心脏外科医师重视。
