翼状胬肉手术治疗后使用贝复舒滴眼液对泪膜功能的影响

Administration of Beifushu eye-gel for patients with pterygium following pterygium excision with corneal limbal stem cell autograft

目的探讨贝复舒滴眼液对翼状胬肉手术后泪膜功能恢复的影响。方法选择翼状胬肉手术患者62例,随机分为观察组(32例)和对照组(30例),观察组行联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术后予贝复舒眼水滴眼,对照组术后未用贝复舒眼水,其他常规治疗相同。记录并比较两组患者角膜鼻侧创面上皮愈合时间,术前1d及术后1、2、4、8周的基础泪液分泌(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)和角膜荧光素染色积分(CFS)检测结果。结果观察组患者角膜鼻侧创面上皮愈合时间明显短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后1周SIT、BUT、CFS与术前1d比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者与对照组患者比较,术后1、2、4周SIT均明显缩短,BUT均明显延长,术后1、2周CFS均明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论贝复舒滴眼液可促进角膜上皮创面愈合及翼状胬肉手术后泪膜功能的恢复。

Objective To evaluate administration of Beifushu eye- gel （containing recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor） for patients with pterygium fol owing pterygium excision combined with corneal limbal stem cellautograft. Meth-ods Sixty two patients （62 eyes） with pterygium were treated by pterygium excision with corneal limbal stem cellautograft. Pa-tients were randomly assigned to Beifushu group（n=32） and control group（n=30）, after surgery Beifushu eye- gel was given to patients in Beifushu group not to control group. Schirmer I test（SIT）, tear break- up time （BUT） and corneal fluorescein staining （CFS） were studied in patients before and after pterygium excision combined with limbal- corneal autograft. Results The time of corneal wound epidermis healing was shorter in Beifushu group than that of control group （P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in results of SIT, BUT and CFS between 1d before surgery and 1 week after surgery in both groups （P〈0.05）. The SIT was significantly shorter and BUT significantly prolonger in Beifushu group than control group 1, 2 and 4 weeks after treat-ment, the CFS was significantly reduced 1 and 2 weeks after treatment （al P〈0.05）. Conclusion Beifushu eye- gel combined with corneal limbal stem cellautograft can promote the corneal wound repairing and recovery the tear film function for patients after pterygium excision.
