摘要
利用水系格局分析方法,对海南岛河谷走向进行统计的结果表明,本区第四纪构造应力场的主压应力轴方位为NW294.3±4.3°。这与地震影响场构造效应或震源机制解方法得出本区现代构造应力场的主压应力轴方位为NW300°的数据基本吻合。说明海南岛现代构造应力场与第四纪构造应力场之间具有明显的继承性。
The method of analysing river system has been used to approach the Quaternary tectonic stress field in Hainan Island. The strike statistics of the river valleys show that the principal axis of compressive stress in the Quaternary tectonic stress field directs NW294.3±4.3° which coincides with basically the datum of NW300°,the direction of the principal axis of compressive stress in the present tectonic stress field given by means of seismic effect and focal mechanism solutions. This indicates that there exists continuity in the tectonic stress field between the Quaternary and the present in Hainan Island.
