摘要
在原料药生产过程中,蒸馏浓缩回收提纯是生产工艺中不可缺少的步骤。传统合成制药工艺采用搪玻璃反应罐外夹套加热,在真空条件下的静态蒸馏方式,设备能耗高,工艺时间长,生产效率低。通过技术改造引进自然外循环蒸发器先后应用于回收粗乙醇工艺和合成水解浓缩工艺,提高了生产效率,节能降耗,为规模化、集约化生产奠定技术基础。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,要求产品质量的不断提升,采用自然外循环蒸发器浓缩末期终末点不易于控制,水分波动较大。后期通过技术研究,采用强制外循环蒸发器进行对比试验,使产品的水分均一性提高,产品的质量得以提高,外循环蒸发器得到了发展。
In the production process of crude drugs, distillation purification is an indispensable step. Glass lined reactor used intraditional pharmaceutical process has outside jacket heating; static distillation is carried out in vacuum equipment. The glass linedreactor has high energy consumption, long process time and low production efficiency. Through technological transformation, thenatural circulation evaporator has applied in the process of crude ethanol recovery and hydrolytic condensation process to improveproduction efficiency, save energy and reduce consumption, which can lay a foundation for large-scale and intensive production.With increasing great market competition, requirements of the continuous upgrading of product quality continuously increase, but theconcentration endpoint of the natural circulation evaporator is not easy to control, water content fluctuation is big. In this paper,through the technology research, the forced circulation evaporator was tested so as to improve the water product uniformity, thequality of the products was improved, which could make external circulation evaporator gain great development.
