等截面H型钢梁优化设计

摘要 按强度条件确定的等截面H型钢梁最经济截面是客观存在的,利用"应力水平最高"及"刚度要求"的条件重新定义最小高跨比,利用"截面积最小"及"同等耗材刚度最大"的条件推导出经济截面的新算式。该算式包含腹板高厚比限值这一重要参数,可以根据不同可靠度要求设定不同的高厚比限值,进而得到不同的经济截面。 The most economical cross section of uniform cross sectional H section steel beam can be deduced through strength conditions method. Five necessary conditions were extracted in the introduction, and defining the meaning of minimum ratio of depth to span by utilizing the "highest stress" and "stiffness requirement" conditions, the new formula of economical cross section was derived by utilizing the conditions of "Minimum cross sectional area" and " maximum stiffness with commensurable material". This formula contains an important parameter which is height-to-thickness ratio limitation of web plate, and different economical cross sections can be deduced by setting different ratio limitations according to different reliability requirements.
