虚拟图书馆作为新时代的产物,其庞大的信息资源和方便快捷的服务,对传统图书馆工作提出了严峻的挑战。从图书馆的定义与发展出发,详细论述了虚拟图书馆的特征,并对虚拟图书馆与传统图书馆之间的关系进行了探讨。
As the product of new era,the virtual library puts forward a serious challenge to the work of traditional library with its vast information resources and convenient services. Starting from the definition and development of the library, this paper discusses in detail the features of the virtual library, and probes into the relationship between the virtual library and the traditional library.
