基于充磁方向相反的双转子电机磁场问题研究

摘要 双转子永磁电机由内外两个电机构成,其内外电机磁场之间会互相干扰。通过改变定子轭部厚度,可以改变内外电机磁场之间的耦合情况。分析了电机内部磁路结构,通过有限元软件,研究了在内外永磁体充磁方向相反时,电机磁场互不干扰的定子轭部厚度问题,进一步优化了电机结构。 Dual-rotor permanent-magnet motor consists of both inner and outer motors, the magnetic field between inner rotor and outer rotor interferes with each other. By changing the thickness of the stator yoke, the coupling problem can be changed. This paper analyzes the structure of the magnetic field inside the motor, studies the thickness problems of stator yoke between the inner and outer motor when the permanent magnet of the inner and outer motor in the opposite direction of magnetization without interference by using the finite element software. This achieves the purpose to optimize the structure of the motor.
