摘要
简要说明了一种小型压力容器的组成,并详细介绍了压力容器的试验过程,对其压力试验中出现泄漏的原因进行了理论与ANSYS分析,且根据分析结果提出了优化改进方法,并重新做了压力检测。试验结果表明优化改进后的压力容器满足技术指标要求。
The article introduces the compose of a minitype pressure vessel and particular explain the test process , the theory and ANSYS analyse have done for the leak reason , and raise the optimize methods according as the analysis result, and rework the pressure test.The test result indicates that the optimize pressure vessel has achieved the request.
