摘要
混凝土泵排量控制的电气系统一般采用一路控制通道,一旦该控制信号通道出现故障,则泵将停止正常工作。为提高混凝土泵排量控制的可靠度,介绍了一种基于冗余控制原理的四通道电气控制的技术方案。采用四冗余电气控制技术方案后,使泵排量控制的可靠性大为提高。
Concrete pump pumpage control of electrical system generally adopts the control channel all the way, when the control signal channel fails, pump will cease to work properly.In order to improve the reliability of concrete pump pumpage control, this paper introduces a kind of based on redundancy control principle of the technical scheme of electric control of four channels.After adopted four redundancy electric control technology solutions, has greatly improved the reliability of the pump pumpage control.
