摘要
目的了解呼和浩特市健康人群麻疹免疫状况,为进一步制定麻疹控制策略提供参考。方法 2012年抽取呼和浩特市4个县区,每个县区随机抽取2-4岁、7-9岁、13-15岁、20-25岁、30-35岁5个年龄组的健康人员约75人,全市共300人。应用酶联免疫吸附法检测麻疹Ig G抗体。结果 2012年共检测300人,其中麻疹Ig G抗体阳性282人,阳性率94.0%。经统计学分析,不同年龄组间的麻疹抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.303,P〈0.05),不同地区之间麻疹抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.128,P〉0.05)。结论呼和浩特市健康人群的麻疹抗体水平较高,其中0-4岁组最高,20-25岁组最低,建议继续提高麻疹疫苗的常规免疫接种率,尤其是针对大年龄组人群开展强化免疫,同时继续加强麻疹监测,努力实现消除麻疹的目标。
Objective To understand the measles antibody level of healthy population in Hohhot city,so as to further provide a reference for measles control strategies. Methods Extract 4 counties from Hohhot in 2012,each county randomly extracted 75 healthy people from 5 age groups which contain 2-4 years old,7-9 years old,13-15 years old,20-25 years old,30-35 years old,all 300 people in the city. By using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to test measles Ig G antibodies. Results Total tested 300 people in 2012,which measles Ig G antibody positive 282 cases,the result showed that the positive rate of measles antibody was 94%. There were significant differences among positive rate of measles antibody in different age groups( χ^2=10. 303,P〈0. 05),The differences among the positive rate of measles antibody that in different areas were not significant( χ^2= 2. 128,P〉0. 05). Conclusions The measles antibody level of healthy population in Hohhot was high,the level of 0-4 years old group was the highest,meanwhile the 20-25 years old group was the lowest,it is suggested to further improve the measles convention vaccination rates,to conduct aggrandizement immunity especially for the old age group people,continuing to strengthen the measles surveillance at the same time,strive to realize the target of measles eliminating.
