多巴胺D2受体基因rs1800497多态性与精神分裂症的关联分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨中国汉族人群多巴胺D2受体(DRD2)基因rs1800497多态性与精神分裂症发病的关系及其与性别的关联性.方法 采用TaqMan法检测200例精神分裂症患者(患者组)和219名健康对照(对照组)DRD2基因rs1800497单核苷酸多态性(SNP),并对等位基因、基因型频率进行比较.结果 患者组与对照组rs1800497等位基因分布和基因型分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).患者组或对照组不同性别rs1800497等位基因分布和基因型分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).男性患者组与对照组相比或女性患者组与对照组相比,rs1800497等位基因分布和基因型分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 中国汉族人群DRD2 rs1800497位点可能不是精神分裂症的易感位点. Objective To investigate the relationship between the SNP (rs1800497) in the dopamine D2 receptor gene and schizophrenia in the Chinese Han population and the relationship between different gender. Methods The SNP(rs1800497) were genotyped in 200 schizophrenia patients (patients group) and 219 controls subjects (control group) with TaqMan method. Allele and genotype frequencies differences were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in allele and genotype frequencies of rs1800497 between patients and normal controls (P 〉 0.05). There were no significant differences in allele and genotype frequencies of rs1800497 between male and female in patients group and controls (P 〉 0.05), and between patients and controls in male group and female group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions The SNP(rs1800497) may not be a susceptibility loci in schizophrenia of Chinese Han population.
