摘要 选择花生籽粒最大挤压破碎力为指标,以施压方向、含水率为因素,对其进行全因子试验,并分析花生籽粒在不同含水率、不同施压方向下的力学性质。结果表明:施压方向、含水率对花生最大挤压破碎力均有极显著影响;花生籽粒在受力面不同时所承受的最大挤压破碎力有较大的差异,在同一含水率的条件下,腹面承受的破碎力最大,侧面次之,顶面最小;在同一挤压面下,当含水率大于6.6%时,最大挤压破碎力随含水率的增加呈现逐渐减小的趋势,其原因与花生籽粒内部结构有关。 Chosing the maximum squeeze breaking force of peanut seeds as index, squeeze direction and moisture con- tent as factors, the orthogonal experiment was done and the mechanical properties of peanut seeds were analyzed under different squeeze position and different moisture content. The experimental results showed that: effect of the squeeze di rection and moisture content on maximum squeeze breaking force; when the squeeze surface changed, the maximum squeeze breaking force of peanut seeds varied apparently; on the same moisture content conditions, the bearing squeeze force on the ventral was the maximum, the bearing squeeze force on the top was the minimum; at the same squeeze sur- face, when the water content was greater than 6.6%, maximum squeeze breaking force gradually decreased with the in- crease of moisture content, which may result from internal structure of peanut seeds.
