微刺激促排卵结合冻融胚胎移植术在卵巢储备不良中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨微刺激促排卵结合冻融胚胎移植术在卵巢储备不良中的应用。方法回顾性分析体外受精(IVF)/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射技术(ICSI)助孕的卵巢储备不良患者共148个周期,根据用药情况分为两组,拮抗剂组80个周期,克罗米芬组68个周期。比较两组一般情况、促性腺激素(Gn)使用时间及总量、IVF相关指标及助孕结局。结果常规拮抗剂组LH水平[(2.1±1.7)U/L]明显低于克罗米芬组[(13.6±6.4)U/L],Gn使用时间[(11.6±3.9)d]和总量[(2987.5±911.0)U]明显高于克罗米芬组[(8.1±2.9)d、(800.0±466.4)U],差异均有统计学意义;两组平均获卵数、可移植胚胎数、提前排卵率和初始移植周期妊娠率比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论微刺激方案可以获得与拮抗剂方案相近的临床效果,同时降低Gn使用总量,减轻患者单周期治疗费用,是卵巢储备功能低下患者较理想的促排卵方案。
