慢性肾脏病患者房颤的流行病学现状及治疗现状
摘要
心房纤颤（简称房颤）是最常见的心律失常,在慢性肾脏病（chronic kidney diseases,CKD）患者中的发病率较高.随着CKD患者数量的逐年增加及CKD人群老龄化进程加速,近几年房颤对于这一群体的影响得到了越来越多的关注.全面认识与评价CKD患者房颤的流行病学现状及治疗现状可能有助于改善CKD患者的临床预后.
