破碎化生境对红砂meta-种群遗传多样性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选取鄂尔多斯棋盘井生境破碎化地区的4个红砂meta种群,应用ISSR分子标记技术分析种群遗传多样性变化。结果表明:13条ISSR引物共扩增出296个条带,多态位点为99.66%;4个红砂小种群总的Nei遗传多样性指数、总的Shannon信息指数分别为0.2221和0.3597,遗传变异主要存在于种群内,仅有11.14%的变异存在于种群间,种群间的基因流为3.9878;生境破碎化导致红砂种群遗传多样性下降,使种群产生了遗传分化,但各种群间仍存在频繁的基因交流,遗传距离和地理距离没有显著相关性。 Four meta-populations of Reaumuria soongoricain Qipanjing fragmented habitats on western Ordos plateau were chosen,ISSR markers to analyze the genetic diversity were used.Using 13 ISSR primers a total of 296 bands were amplified.The percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB)were 99.66%.The total Nei’s gene diversity was 0.2221 and the total Shannon’s information index was 0.3597.The genetic differentiation mainly existed within the populations and only 11.14% was among the populations.The value of gene flow was 3.9878.The results suggested that habitat fragmentation made the genetic diversity down and produced genetic differentiation between the populations,but there was still a frequent gene flow between populations.There was no significant correlation between geographic distance and genetic distance.
