北京地区26家医院2011-2013年妇产科铂类抗肿瘤药使用情况分析与比较

Analysis of the Usage of Platinum Anticancer Drugs in Obstetrics and Gynecology Departments of 26 Hospitals in Beijing form 2011 to 2013

目的：研究北京地区26家医院2011-2013年妇产科铂类抗肿瘤药使用情况。方法：对参与《医院处方分析》课题组研究的2011～2013年妇产科铂类抗肿瘤药使用情况进行统计，并计算DDDs、DDC。结果：北京26家医院2011至2013年妇产科铂类抗肿瘤药数量、金额、DDDs、DDC统计分别见征文。结论：妇产科铂类抗肿瘤药DDDs排序为顺铂、卡铂、奥沙利铂。DDC排序是奥沙利铂、卡铂、顺铂。

Objective： To investigate the usage of platinum anticancer drugs in obstetrics and gynecology departments of 26 hospitals in Beijingform 2011 to 2013. Methods： Statistics of the usage of platinum anticancer drugs in 26 hospitals of Beijing form 2011 to 2013 were collected and analyzed. DDDs and DDC were calculated. Results： Quantities,amounts, DDDs, and DDC of platinum anticancer drugs used in the 26 hospitals were calculated.Conclusion： Platinum drugs with the highest DDDs werecisplatin, carboplatinand oxaliplatin and withthe highest DDC wereoxaliplatin, carboplatin, and cisplatin.
