摘要 药源性神经毒性是药物安全性的重要方面。本文从药源性神经毒性的表现及常见致病药物、药物导致神经毒性的可能机制、药源性神经毒性生物标志物的研究现状三方面分别展开介绍,最后对目前药源性神经毒性研究存在的问题及面临的挑战进行了阐述。药源性神经毒性生物标志物的探索和研究对药物安全性具有重要意义,与新技术结合及多学科合作将大大有助于发现新的有价值的生物标志物。 Drug-induced neurotoxicity is an important aspect of drug safety. The manifestations of drug-induced neurotoxicity and the common pathogenic drugs, the possible mechanisms of drug-induced neurotoxicity, and the current research status of neurotoxic biomarkers were respectively introduced in the article. At last, the current existing problems and challenges on drug-induced neurotoxicity research were discussed. The exploration and research on neurotoxicity biomarkers is very important for drug safety. Combined the research with new technologies and multi-disciplinary cooperation will be greatly helpful for exploring new valuable biomarkers.
