邯郸地区40家社区卫生院抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis of the Use of Antibacterial Drugs in 40 Community Hospitals in Handan

目的:研究邯郸地区40家社区卫生院2013年抗菌药物使用情况,促进合理用药。方法:统计邯郸地区40家社区卫生院2013年的抗菌药物出库数据并进行分析。统计内容包括药品名称、用药金额、使用时间和使用数量,利用抗菌药物的用药频度观察各种抗菌药物的应用现状。结果:邯郸地区40家社区医院2013年抗菌药物使用量前3位的是阿莫西林克拉维酸钾、头孢哌酮舒巴坦和头孢曲松,用药数量以头孢菌素类(46.47%)和青霉素类(42.09%)为主,抗菌药物在四个季度的应用数量上没有明显波动。结论:2013年邯郸地区社区卫生院的抗菌药物应用总体上符合用药标准,但是对社区卫生院抗菌药物合理应用的宣传和管理仍需加强。

Objective： To study the use of antibacterial drugs in 40 community hospitals in Handan during 2013 and to promote rational use of drugs. Methods： we analyzed the drug data in 40 community hospitals of Handan in 2013 and mad a statistic of drug name, cost, used time and quantity. Results： The top three drugs used in 2013 were Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium, Cefoperazone and Sulbactam, and Ceftriaxone. Of them, the most used drugs are Cephalosporin（46.47%） and penicillins（42.09%） antibiotics respectively. There was no obviously fluctuation in the total amount of drugs during the year. Conclusion： The use of antibacterial drugs in community hospitals of Handan in 2013 was in accordance with the request of rational use of drug. Nevertheless, We should continue to strengthen the management of antibacterial drugs in community hospitals.
