摘要
在转子-轴承试验台上开展了标高对轴系振动影响试验。试验结果表明,标高会对轴系振动的1x倍频分量和2x倍频分量产生较大影响。标高变化对1x倍频分量的影响随转速升高而增大,随转子距离的增加而减小。标高对2x倍频分量的影响主要体现在二倍频共振区附近。标高变化还会影响转子轴心轨迹形状和长半轴角度。标高变化量较大时,轴承两侧轴心轨迹形状会出现较大差异。
For the influence of bearing elevation on vibration, shafting vibration on different elevation was measured in a rotor-bearing rig. It was found that bearing elevation mainly influenced the one time frequency and the double frequency.The influence of the one time frequency increased with the higher rotational speed and decreased with the longer distance between the bearing and the rotor. The influence of the double frequency was mainly manifested in double frequency resonance region. The shape of axis orbit was changed with different elevations. There were differences between axis orbit shapes on both sides.
