摘要
针对某电厂东汽超临界600 MW汽轮机组运行过程中出现的轴振大、瓦温高、低负荷下高压缸效率偏低等问题,采用高压调门优化和滑压优化相结合的综合优化方法,实现了顺序阀控制方式,得到了优化后机组滑压运行控制曲线。通过综合优化有效解决了以上问题,既保证了机组安全性,也提高了机组低负荷运行时的经济性。
In view of excess vibration of shaft, high temperature of bearing and low efficiency of HP cylinder at low load operation for the super critical 600 MW steam turbine by Dongfang Steam Turbine Co.Ltd, the comprehensive optimization method of joint HP control valve optimization and sliding pressure optimization was utilized. The sequence valve control mode were implemented, and then the optimized control curve of sliding pressure operation were gained.The problem above were resolved effectively by the comprehensive optimization method, the unit safety was ensured,and also the economy at low load operation of the unit was increased.
