变频调速循环水泵的应用及运行优化研究 被引量:9

摘要 循环水泵电动机加装变频装置后,循环水泵转速可以连续调整,实现了循环水流量的连续调整。因此,如何根据发电机输出功率及循环水温度的变化精细化调整变频器频率,成为冷端系统节能的关键问题。研究了变频调速循环水泵运行优化原理和计算方法,并计算出某公司4号机组凝汽器最佳运行背压和循环水泵最佳运行方式,为电厂经济运行提供科学指导。本研究适用于同类型机组冷端系统运行优化。 After the frequency converter is installed at the motor of circulating water pump, the pump speed can be continuously adjusted so that the circulating water flow can be continuously adjusted. Therefore, it is the key of cold end system energy saving that according to the output of the generator and the circulating water temperature adjusting the motor frequency. It studies the operation optimization principle and calculation method of the frequency control pump,and the best working pressure of the condenser and optimal operation mode of the circulating water pump of the 4 unit of some power plant is calculated. The calculation provides scientific guidance for the economic operation of power plant.This study can be applied to cold end system operation optimization for the same type unit.
