泮托拉唑对PCI术后患者服用双联抗血小板药物依从性影响的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨泮托拉唑对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者服用双联抗血小板药物依从性影响。方法回顾性分析348例PCI并植入支架患者临床资料,随机分为实验组(228例)和对照组(93例),评估两组患者术后1年服用抗血小板药物的依从性及其影响因素、停药原因。结果实验组228例患者,完全依从患者有139例(61.0%);对照组完全依从患者37例(39.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论冠心病患者PCI术后服用双联抗血小板药物同时联合服用泮托拉唑可以提高依从性。
