摘要
利用人体脑部丘系交叉切面切片的序列显微图像为研究对象,在图像采集方法、图像拼接方法及全景图像的生成等方面展开了分析与讨论,深入分析了图像拼接方式对全景图像拼接效率的影响,提出了树形拼接的方法,通过图像质量评价拼接效果,证明该方法的效率和误差累积较传统的顺序拼接有较大的改观。
Using the sequence microscopic image a cross section of human brain slices as the subject, it focused on the analysis and discussion of image acquisition methods, image stitching algorithm and panoramic image generation. After analyzing the influence of the image splicing method on the efficiency of panoramic image stitching, it proposed a tree splicing method, which improve the splicing efficiency and reduced the cumulative error compared with sequence splicing.
