Analysis and Design of Medical Insurance Model Based on Data Warehouse

随着医疗信息化的发展,数据仓库技术已经逐步应用于医院决策分析系统中。以兰大二院数据仓库医保主题的建设为例,介绍了数据仓库技术及数据挖掘的工具,详细阐述了医保主题概念模型、逻辑模型、物理模型的构建过程,从而通过充分利用信息系统中存在的病人数据,为医院医保管理决策、临床教学研究提供科学的分析依据。

With the development of medical informatization, the technology of data warehouse has been gradually applied in the decision analysis system of hospital. Take the construction of medical insurance theme of data warehouse of Lanzhou University Second Hospital as an example. This paper introduces the data warehouse technology and data mining tools, and discusses about the construction process of concept model, logic model and physical model of the theme of medical insurance, so as to provide the scientific analysis basis for the hospital＆#39; s medical insurance management decisions and clinical teaching research by making full use of existing patient data in the information system.
