摘要
目的:对比了解两年内患者对护士将PDA应用于护理工作中的感受,从而进一步改进护士使用PDA的方式及方法。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,分别在2013年和2014年对北京市某三级甲等医院的患者进行两次横断面调查。结果:在各项调查中"身份识别"、"数据录入错误"、"操作让人感觉很麻烦"、"信息外漏"等,两次调查结果没有明显差别(P>0.05)其他方面,2014年调查得分高于2013年(P<0.05)。结论:PDA在我国临床护理中的不断深入,不但会使护士的工作更科学化、正规化,也会让患者的治疗更安全、更有效。患者对护士使用PDA的满意度也会逐渐增加,同时应不断优化PDA使用流程、规范操作,密切关注患者对PDA的一些负面感受,及时纠正、改进,使PDA能更好地为患者服务。

Among other things, 2014 survey points higher than 2013 (P &lt; 0.05).Conclusion: In China, PDA in clinical nursing not only can make the nurses work more scientific and standardization, will make the treatment safer and more effective. The satisfaction of patients to the nurse using a PDA will also increase gradually. At the same time, we should continuously optimize the PDA using the process, standardize operations, pay close attention to patients with some negative feelings of PDA, corrective and improvement timely, in order to make the PDA to do well the service for the patients.
