摘要
目的:为简化门诊病人检查预约流程,提高病人就医满意度。方法:通过改进医院信息系统,检查预约工作由门诊医生开单时完成,当检查相关的费用结算后,系统自动将开单信息登记到PACS系统。结果:显著缩短了病人就医检查过程的环节,给病人带来切实的便利。结论:通过信息化辅助提升病人就医满意度,是医院推进医疗改革的重要途径。
Objective: In order to simplify the outpatient examination process, improve the patients' satisfaction. Method: Through modifying the hospital information system, after the clinic doctor make examination booking, information system will automatically register to PACS when the patient make settlement. Result: Shorten the procedure of examination, bring convenience for the patients. Conclusion: Applying information system to improve the patients' satisfaction is an important way for the hospital health care reform.
