摘要
从项目引导资金投入情况、项目进展情况、项目投资情况、项目资金到位情况、项目资金使用情况、项目参加人员及人才培养情况、项目取得的成果等方面对2013年度山西省科技创新计划项目进行了绩效评价。
From aspects of the input of project＇s guiding funds, project＇s progress status, project＇s investment situation, availability of project funds, utilization of project funds, project＇s participants and personnel training situation,and project＇s achievements, etc., this paper carries out the performance evaluation on the projects of Shanxi＇s technology innovation program in 2013.
