摘要
目的:通过建立大鼠及鸡高尿酸血症动物模型,观察吴茱萸碱的降血尿酸作用。方法:将大鼠灌胃次黄嘌呤(100 mg.kg-1),再皮下注射氧嗪酸钾盐(20 mg.kg-1)致尿酸增高模型,观察吴茱萸碱的降血尿酸作用;通过喂食鸡高蛋白高钙饲料建立鸡高尿酸血症模型,观察吴茱萸碱在给药7 d和14 d后的降血尿酸作用。结果:与模型组比较,吴茱萸碱高低剂量组均有降低大鼠血清尿酸值的作用,且低剂量组降血尿酸作用效果显著;在给药后第7 d和第14 d,与模型组比较,吴茱萸碱低剂量组能显著降低鸡高尿酸血症动物模型的血清尿酸值。结论:吴茱萸碱具有一定的降血尿酸作用,为临床进一步研究吴茱萸碱对高尿酸血症的治疗作用提供了实验依据。
Objective: Through the establishment animal model of hyperuricemia in rats and chickens to investigate the effects of evodiamine in reducing serum uric acid. Method: The model of hyperuricemia rat was established by intragastric administration of hypoxanthine (100mg·kg^-1) firstly and then subcutaneous injection of oxygen hydrochloride acid potassium salt (20mg·kg^-1), and the effects of Evodiamine in reducing serum uric acid was investigated. The chicken model of hyperuricemia as established through feeding chicken high protein and high calcium, and the effects of evodiamine in reducing serum uric acid after dosing 7d and 14d were investigated. Result: Compared with the model group, the high and low dosage groups of evodiamine had effect of reducing serum uric acid values in rats, while the low dose group could significantly reduced serum uric acid. being administered, 7d and 14d after, compared with the model group, the low dose group of evodiamine could significantly reduce the serum uric acid values of hyperuricemia chicken. Conclusion: Evodiamine has a certain role in reducing blood uric acid and provides an experimental basis for the further study on clinical therapeutic effects of evodiamine on hyperuricemia.
