医疗机构临床药师配置情况及相关的一些建议

The situation and some suggestions on the allocation of clinical pharmacist in medical institutions

目的:了解四川地区医疗机构临床药师的配置情况。方法:通过设置调查问卷到相应的10家医院进行问卷调查,得出相应的统计学结论。查阅相关文献找到相应的处理方法。结果:目前四川地区大部分医院已着手建立临床药学部或者设立临床药师。结论:临床药师对药物不良反应监测意义重大,医疗机构建立临床药学部不仅有利于对药物不良反应监测和上报工作,也对临床科室合理用药提供了良好保障,医疗机构对临床药师及临床药学部建立不断重视,可见医疗机构已对药物不良反应监测和上报工作的重要性提到了一个新的高度。

Objective： To investigate the current situation of the allocation of clinical pharmacist in medical institutions. Method： Questionnaire survey was given to 10 hospitals, and a statistical analysis was carried out on the survey results. Corresponding processing method was found out by investigating pertinent literature. Result： At present, most hospitals in Sichuan had set up Department of clinical pharmacy, or established clinical Pharmacists. Conclusion： It is significant for clinical pharmacists to monitor adverse drug reaction（ADR）. It is not only important for the monitoring of adverse drug reaction, but also can guarantee the clinical use of drugs.The continuous attention paid to clinical pharmacists and clinical pharmacy department by medical institutions shows that medical institutions have more and more realized the importance of adverse drug reaction monitoring and reporting work.
