高透过率透明液晶显示器研究与开发 被引量:8

摘要 为了提高透明液晶显示器的透明度,降低后置光源功率,对透明液晶显示器所使用的彩膜的色度与透过率关系进行研究。首先通过选择适当的透过谱RGB三色色阻,制作10%NTSC及45%NTSC的彩膜样品,测试其白光透过率,然后制作透明显示展示柜,比较搭配不同色度域的彩膜的透明显示柜的透明效果。实验结果表明,通过选择性降低彩膜色阻色度,提高彩膜透过率从而实现高透明液晶显示器,并采用此种方案制作色度域为45%和10%NTSC的彩色透明液晶显示器样品,其白光透过率分别达到了10%和15%,制作的透明显示展示柜具有更好的透明效果。 In order to improve the transparency of the transparent liquid crystal display and reduce the power of back light source,the relationship between chroma and transmittance of color filter in the transparent liquid crystal display is investigated.First,based on the appropriate spectrum of RGB color resistance,10% NTSC and 45% NTSC color film samples are produced,and the white light transmittance is tested,then transparent display cabinets are produced.Comparison of transparency transparent display cabinets with different NTSC color filters is made.Experimental results indicate that the chromaticity of color in color filter is reduced selectively to improve the transmittance of color filter,and then high transparent liquid crystal display is achieved.With this solution,we produce color transparent display samples which have chromaticity field of 45% and 10% NTSC,and white light transmittance reach 10% and 15% respectively.The transparent liquid crystal display cabinets have better transparency.
