Application on Lead and Zinc Ore Dressing through Cleaner Production Concept

铅锌矿选矿业属于《重金属污染综合防治"十二五"规划》中五大重点行业之一,是污染严重的行业,仅仅靠末端治理具有很大的局限性,清洁生产作为一种全新的创造性思想,是防治铅锌矿选矿污染的根本出路和最佳途径。本文结合某铅锌矿选矿企业实际情况,以清洁生产为基础对企业清洁生产水平和节能减排潜力进行分析,并提出清洁生产改造方案,总结清洁生产审核产生的效益,为铅锌矿选矿业的发展以及开展清洁生产审核工作提供了科学的参考和借鉴。

Lead and zinc ore dressing is one of the five key industries in＂the Twelfth Five- Year Plan on integrated pollution prevention and control of heavy metal＂. It is a serious pollution industry,and has great limitations only by the final treatment technology. Cleaner production which is regarded as a new kind of creative method is the key way and best approach to prevent and solve the pollution of lead and zinc ore dressing industry. The level of cleaner production and the potential of energy- conservation and emission reduction are analyses combined with the certain lead and zinc company based on Cleaner production in this paper. Simultaneously,we put forward several transformation programs and summarize the benefits achieved by the cleaner production audit,which providing scientific reference for the development and the cleaner production audit of lead and zinc ore dressing industry.
