The general trend of development of pyrolysis technology since it came into being is presented. The pyrolysis Technology has come to mature through decades development. The recent advances of pyrolysis technology are presented With emphasis which include the structure of radiant tube,large- scale furnacete chnology,flexibility in feedstock and so on. The current situation of pyrolysis Technology in our country is outlined,and the future trend of development is proposed.
