摘要
通过考察一些固体酸碱粉末对水抽提荷叶的影响,利用分光光度法测定抽提液的吸光曲线与吸光度,发现3A分子筛、氧化铝以及酸碱改性的茂名高岭土与潮州瓷土矿对于抽提都具有促进作用。从吸光曲线判断,抽提液组成无明显改变,但含量有明显增加,尤以分子筛与酸改性的粘土矿物质的促进作用显著。碱性物质或碱改性的粘土矿物质会使抽提液的组成有一定程度改变。通过分析讨论,认为这些固体物质表面的酸碱位置对抽提的影响是不一样的,酸位置比较有利于荷叶抽提。
By examining a number of solid acid and alkali powder on impact of water extraction from Lotus leaf by using Spectrophotometric method for the determination of extraction absorption curve of absorbance,3A molecular sieve acid and alkali,alumina,and modification of Maoming kaolin extraction by the Chaozhou porcelain clay mine and has a facilitating role. Judging from the absorption curves,comprising extracts no significant change,but the content has increased significantly,especially in molecular sieve with acid- modified clay mineral to promote significantly. Alkali or alkaline- modi fied clay mineral composition of the extract to a certain extent changes. Analyses and discussions,arguing that these solids the surface effects of acid- base extraction is not the same,acid locations more conducive to the Lotus leaf extract.
