摘要 本文对2-氨基-9,9-二甲基芴的合成工艺进行研究。由芴为起始原料,通过选择不同的合成方法,改变反应条件,确定最佳的合成工艺。反应产物通过高效液相色谱检测其纯度,通过核磁共振确定结构,所得产物均与目标化合物相符。 2- amino- 9,9- dimethylfluorene is a promising photovoltaic material. However,this type of material in China is still in the preliminary stage. In this paper,the methods of synthesis of 2- amino- 9,9- dimethylfluorene are especially studied. The fluorene used as the starting material for the reaction,the different ideas of synthesis chosen and some reaction conditions changed,the optimum conditions for the synthesis of 2- amino- 9,9- dimethylfluorene have been obtained. The product has been detected through high- performance liquid chromatography to determine the purity,and through nuclear magnetic resonance to determine the structure of the products. The product obtained is in line with the goal of the product.
