摘要 目的:通过喂食高蛋白高钙饲料建立鸡高尿酸血症模型,观察造模时间对该造模方法所建立的尿酸代谢障碍模型的影响。方法:选取100 d龄罗曼蛋鸡,在产蛋日龄前喂以高蛋白、高钙饲料,并限制进水量,建立鸡高尿酸血症模型;分别于造模第7 d、14 d、21 d检测血清尿酸值和粪便尿酸值。结果:造模第7 d、14 d、21 d,与空白组对照组比较,模型组粪便尿酸值均显著升高;造模第21 d,模型组血清尿酸值与空白组对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:给鸡喂食高蛋白高钙饲料,在第21 d时血清尿酸值显著升高,说明造模成功,提示造模时间对该模型具有一定的影响。 Objective: The chicken model of hyperuricemia was established by feeding high protein and high-calcium diet, and the effect of molding time on the establishment of uric acid metabolism disorder model was investigated Method: Roman laying hens of 100 days was selected, and fed high protein and high-calcium diet with limited the amount of water before the egg laYing to establish the chicken model of hyperuricemia. At the molding time of 7d, 14d and 21d, the serum uric acid and fecal uric acid values were detected respectively. Result: At the molding time of 7d, 14d and 21d, compared with blank control group, the model group's fecal uric acid values were all increased. At the molding time of 21d, the model group serum uric acid levels of had significant difference when compared with the blank control group. Conclusion: After the animal is fed with high protein highcalcium diet for 21 days, the serum uric acid values are significantly increased which indicate that the molding is succeed, and suggest that the molding time has a certain impact on the model.
