塔河油田碳酸盐岩储层用新型长效酸液体系的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 塔河油田碳酸盐岩储层酸压要求酸液具有耐高温、延缓反应速率和降低滤失速率的性能,为此需要研发一种新型长效酸液体系。通过优选聚合物、破胶剂和助排剂,筛选出一种新型长效酸液体系配方:20%HCl+0.9%聚合物A+2.5%缓蚀剂H+1.0%助排剂C+1.0%破乳剂Q。评价结果表明,该长效酸液体系耐温耐剪切性能好,腐蚀速度低,缓速性能及助排性能好。 The acid fracturing for carbonate reservoir in Tahe Oilfield requires that the acid fluid has the performances of high temperature resistance,delaying reaction rate,and reducing filtration rate. So it is need to develop a new long-acting acid fluid system. By optimizing polymers,gel breakers,and cleanup additives,the new long-acting acid fluid system formulation was obtained as follows: 20% HCl + 0. 9%polymer A + 2. 5% corrosion inhibitor H + 1. 0% cleanup additive C + 1. 0% demulsifier Q. The evaluation experiments were carried out and the results showed that the long-acting acid fluid system had good ability of heat resistance and shear resistance,low corrosion rate,good performance of retarding and cleanup.
