摘要
本文介绍了液相色谱法测定水果罐头中吡虫啉农药残留的方法,是对SN/T 1902-2007的改进。样品经乙腈振荡提取,经净化柱净化提取物,紫外检测器分离测定,外标法定量,该方法的线性范围为0.05-1.0μg/m L,标准曲线的相关系数r2为0.999 9,方法的检出限为0.01mg/kg。对水果罐头进行了3种不同水平的添加标准品和6次重复性实验,在0.2-0.6mg/kg之间的添加回收率〉80%,相对标准偏差〈10%。
A method was introduced by improving SN/T 1902-2007 for the determination of Imidacloprid residues in fruit tins by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Imidacloprid was extracted with Acetonitrile and purified through Florisil column, and separated and determined by UV detector. The content of Imidacloprid was determined by external standard method. The result indicated that the linearity range for imidacloprid was 0.05~1.0μg/m L, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. The limit of detection was 0.01mg/kg. The recovery was more than 80% and RSD was less than 10%.
