摘要
以阿曼原油为原料,选用自制的LSW-201添加剂,通过蒸馏考察了LSW-201添加剂的强化蒸馏效果。将LSW-201添加剂应用于洛阳石化炼油厂减压装置,确定1^# LSW-201添加剂适用于该炼油厂。实验室及工业应用结果表明,LSW-201添加剂对原油蒸馏有很好的强化效果,最佳添加剂质量分数为100～120μg/g。
Using self-developed LSW-201 additive,the effects of intensifying distillation on Oman crude oil were determined at different concentrations by simple distillation.After using LSW-201 additives in vacuum distillation devices of Luoyang petrochemical refinery,LWS-201 1^# additive was very good.The experimental and industrial results show that LSW-201 additive for crude oil distillation has a good strengthening effect,the best mass fraction of additive is 100～120μg/g.
