摘要
近年来我国牛羊肉价格持续大幅上涨,不仅影响城乡居民的正常食物消费,还影响牛羊产业的健康稳定发展。从产业链视角来看,牛羊肉价格上涨是肉牛及肉羊种源、养殖、屠宰加工等多方面综合作用的结果。因此,我国应加快提高肉牛及肉羊良种化水平,加强饲草料供应,推动规模化、标准化养殖,促进产业化经营,加强宏观预警,并探索建立目标价格补贴制度,防止牛羊肉市场大幅波动。
In recent years,beef and mutton prices continue to rise and have adverse effect on food consumption of urban and rural residents and the healthy and sustainable development of beef and mutton industries.Based on industry chain perspective,provenance,cultivation, slaughtering and processing are all the mainfactors that cause the rising of beef and mutton prices. So in order to prevent the overblow of beef and mutton prices, main measures include:improving the degree of seed quality, enhancing forage supply, promoting standard and large-scaled standardized cultivation, establishing macroforecast and warning system, and exploring the target pricesubsidy policy.
