摘要
吉林西部河湖连通工程规模浩大,对改善区域生态环境具有重要作用。在科学配置水资源的同时,应注意了解河湖连通前的环境背景和连通后的生态响应,解决诸如水化学环境变化、"死湖"生态恢复、候鸟栖息地保护、本底污染物的扩散与积累、地质"天窗"的影响与利用、农村及农业面源污染扩散、亚硝酸盐污染、深层污染地下水跃层影响、石油类污染、地下水水系对湖泡水质水量影响、盐碱土地碳汇调控、鸟类排泄物污染等问题,注重采用创新理念和创新技术,着重实效,统筹规划,科学实施。
River-Lake Connection Scheme, in a large-scale, has a critlcal role in improvement of eco-environment in the western part of Jilin Province. Along with scientific allocation of water resources, more attention should be paid on environmental background and ecological response before and after the fiver-lake connection as well as following issues, such as changes of water chemistry environment, ecological recovery of “dead lake”, protection of habitat of migratory birds, spreading and accumulation of background pollutants, influence and utilization of geological “skylight”, spreading of non-point pollution from agriculture and rural areas, pollution of nitrite and oil as well as deep groundwater thermocline, impact of groundwater pollution on water quality and quantity of lake, control of carbon sink in saline-alkali soil, “killing canal” and pollution of bird excrements. We should also focus on innovative ideas and technologies, achieving practical results with comprehensive planning and implementation in a scientific manner.
