从功能连接观点看精神分裂症的“连接异常”和“发育异常” 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,对精神分裂症的大脑功能磁共振研究得到了很多有意义的结果。其中被广泛应用的分析方法就是"功能连接"分析。精神分裂症有两个重要的病理生理机制假说,即"连接异常"假说和"发育异常"假说。本文将脑影像的功能连接研究结果对精神分裂症的连接异常和发育异常假说进行综述和阐述。
