成熟海马神经再生在抑郁症及应激发病机制中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 关于抑郁症的发病机制,一直是多领域研究的热门课题之一。大量研究表明抑郁障碍患者的海马出现萎缩,应激可以抑制成熟脑海马神经再生。成熟脑海马神经再生可能参与了抑郁障碍和双相障碍等精神疾病的神经生物学机制,通过调节成熟海马神经再生可为抑郁障碍的治疗和预防提供新的思路和靶点。
