真空区域熔炼炉的设计及碲提纯研究

摘要 基于区域熔炼提纯原理,利用自制的区域熔炼炉区熔16道次提纯碲。结果表明,在高纯氮气流动保护下,感应线圈输出功率分别取为13.0,12.5和11.5kW,控制熔区移动速度取为1.5~2.0mm·min^-1,熔区宽度取为25~50mm,杂质总含量明显降低,纯度近4N的原料碲可以区熔提纯到近7N,7种杂质元素的含量显著减少,最多可减少2个数量级。 Based on the purification theory of zone refining, material tellurium was purified for 16 zone passes by self-prepared zone refining furnace. The results showed that under protect of high purity nitrogen, when the output power of induction coil was 13.0, 12.5 and 11.5 kW, separately, the zone movable speed was 1.5~2.0 mm · min^-1 and zone width was 25~50 mm, the amount of impurities were reduced remarkable, the purity of tel- lurium reached from 4N to 7N. The contents of 7 kinds of impurities were significantly re- duced, compared to each original content, it could be decreased by 2 orders of magnitude at most.
