摘要
财经政治类新闻报道标题极具特色,《经济学人》文章标题丰富多变,有很强的可读性。从认知语言学的角度,本文通过实例分析《经济学人》中的文章标题,探讨隐喻在标题中的应用及其意义,以期帮助读者更好地领悟财经政治类标题,同时期望能对中国的同类杂志起到一定的借鉴作用。
The titles of political and financial reports are of special characteristics. Among these articles, the titles of articles of The Economist vary a lot, attracting a spectrum of readers. From the perspective of cognition, by analyzing the titles of articles of The Economist, this paper tries the employment and meanings of metaphors in articles in the hope of helping readers to better understand the titles as well as helping Chinese newspapers and magazines learn some techniques from it.
