摘要
人才是发展的重要支持,高层次人才决定着地方高校的竞争力。人才强省是江西省委省政府的重要战略,江西高校也极其重视高层次人才建设,但总体水平偏低,顶端人才极其缺乏。加强高层次人才绩效评价是江西高校人才战略发展的需要。江西高校高层次人才绩效评价中应该注意确立绩效评价的目标、明确绩效评价的原则、完善绩效评价的系统、丰富绩效评价的手段、建立高质量的评价体系。
Talent is important to support the development. High-level talents determine the competitiveness of local colleges and universities. "To Strengthen Jiangxi Through Talents" is an important strategy of the Govern-ment. Higher education institutions in Jiangxi also attach great importance to the construction of high-level talent, but the overall level is low and top talent lacks. Strengthening performance evaluation of talents is necessary for the development of Jiangxi. In the process of performance evaluation, we should establish the goal and principle, improve the system, enrich the method, and finally build a high quality evaluation system.
